AlmaLusa Comporta is a 53-room boutique hotel set in the heart of Comporta village, just a 15-minute walk from the beach.

Our stay at AlmaLusa Comporta was in a Suite Pool, which came with a very well-equipped kitchen.

Awesomeness
Walking distance to Comporta village’s shops, cafés and restaurants and to the beach.
We tried the signature Face Lift Gym facial and loved it.
Nice pool to cool off and lounge with a book.
The sunset at the Rooftop Bar with good cocktails and resident DJs.
We found the beds super comfortable.
Bear in Mind
Room sizes vary a fair bit from compact rooms to spacious suites.
The rooftop only opens at 5PM.
You’re not as immersed in nature as in other Comporta stays, but the location means you can skip the car if that suits you.

For a meal at the beach in style, you have Sublime Beach Club in Carvalhal Beach. Giant prawns, zingy oysters, tuna tatakis, lobster rolls and so on.

Go horse riding through the rice paddies, pine forests, and dunes until the beach with Cavalos na Areia.

Discover the small village of Comporta, with its cool little shops and restaurants such as the deli Mercearia Gomes, Lavanda and Loja do Museu do Arroz. Spot the nesting storks.

For delicious Italian food with a cool vibe, go to Jacaré da Comporta.

Admire port Palafítico da Carrasqueira at sunset. This pier, built on irregular wooden stilts, dates back to the 1950s and 60s, and it’s where the local fishing boats moor. We adore this work-of-art of popular architecture.
